Det röda flaggskeppet 2006 Viña Tondonia Reserva har inspirerats av vingårdarna i Médoc men produceras med lokala druvor, 70 Tempranillo, 20 Garnacho, 5 Graciano och 5 Mazuelo, som uppnådde en alkoholhalt på 13 år 2006. Den mognar alltid på begagnade fat av amerikansk ek i cirka sex år. Den äldsta av alla röda viner som jag provade var också den med mest fräschör, vilket talar för vingårdens kvalitet. Denna tar lejonparten av de 400 000 flaskor som vingården producerar, med cirka 220 000 flaskor fyllda under en period av 12 dagar i rad i maj 2014.
