Jag fick chansen att prova en flaska 2001 Viña Tondonia Reserva 10 år efter att den släpptes, och vinet har utvecklats vackert och ganska långsamt - åtminstone gäller det dessa flaskor som har förvarats i vingården under alla dessa år. Det är stramt och elegant, med balans och koncentration, polerade tanniner och en kritaktig textur, lång smakrik och torr. Detta är livligt och bör fortsätta att utvecklas på flaska under en längre tid.
