2010 Viña Tondonia Reserva har allt jag förväntar mig av en Reserva från Tondonia, komplexitet, elegans och utveckling, en utvecklad näsa med toner av skogsgolv och vilda bär, örter och blommor, en touch av jod, tegeldamm och mycket fina, polerade tanniner. Den har Tondonias allvar och elegans. Detta är en blandning av 70 Tempranillo, 20 Garnacho (de använder den maskulina formen av druvans namn) och 5 vardera Graciano och Mazuelo som jäst i de gamla ekfat från när vingården skapades för 144 år sedan och mognat på välkryddade, amerikanska ekfat i sex år. Den har 13 alkohol, ett pH på 3,4 och 6,6 gram syra. 260 000 flaskor produceras. Den buteljerades i maj 2017.
