Den mycket vackra röda Viña Tondonia Reserva från 2014 är enastående. Årets blandning består av 80 % Tempranillo, 15 % Garnacho och resten Graciano och Mazuelo. Den har lagrats i åtta år i gamla ekfat och välmognade amerikanska ekfat och har en alkoholhalt på 13,5 %, ett pH-värde på 3,3 och en syrahalt på 6,7 gram. María José berättade för mig att hon märkte att alkoholhalten här var högre jämfört med andra årgångar, men jag tyckte att vinet var riktigt balanserat och kombinerade kraft och elegans, med energi och en fin och elegant smak. De har buteljerat alla viner lite senare än tidigare, vilket delvis gjordes medvetet men också på grund av omständigheter som tillgången på flaskor eller logistikrelaterade problem i samband med covid-19, etc. 300 000 flaskor producerades. Det buteljerades i mars 2022.
