16/05/23 Sylvain Pataille Marsannay Rosé Fleur de Pinot 2020 The 2020 vintage of Sylvain Pataille's Fleur de Pinot, Marsannay Rosé , is surprisingly dark and intense (much more so than previous vintages I have tried). In blind tasting, I am not sure most people would even be able to tell it apart from a pinot noir red wine. That being said, it is a very unique wine and is a class of its own in the (small) world of Marsannay Rosé. Open it at least 20 minutes before serving. Addictive once you start sipping...
