Nach der Würdigung des Jahrgangs 2007 von María José López de Heredia zeigt sich der rote 2007 Viña Tondonia Reserva großartig und offenbart ungewöhnliche Finesse und Eleganz. Die Nase ist ein wenig zurückhaltend, aber nuanciert und komplex, eher etwas schüchtern als explosiv. Am Gaumen ist er mittelkräftig und die Tannine sind sehr raffiniert. Dies muss einer der besten Jahrgänge von Viña Tondonia Reserva der letzten Jahre sein. 200.000 Flaschen wurden produziert. Er wurde im November 2015 abgefüllt.
