Catado desde la cuba sulfurosa a finales de octubre de 2018, el Grand Cru Rangen de Thann Pinot Gris 2017 de Alsacia, puro y con pedernal, Clos Saint Urbain, es rico, intenso y denso en su textura. Es un Pinot potente pero equilibrado con taninos finos. No es realmente suave pero sí armonioso y elegante.
