Comprar Vino de Domaine Bartucci
Esta es la bodega de vinos naturales de Raphaël Bartucci, un enólogo autodidacta, un entusiasta con ganas de hacer vinos diferentes a sus vecinos de Mérignac, Francia. Todo comenzó en la década de 1950, cuando sus padres huyeron de la Italia fascista y se mudaron a Mosela. El verano francés, en la región de Bugey, le contagió el impulso de convertirse en agricultor.

Primero comenzó a tiempo parcial, y luego se fue dedicando a tiempo completo. Al principio, plantó algunas vides, pero no le conformó la idea de manejar el campo con productos químicos y aditivos. Gracias a sus amigos, Pierre Overnoy y Marcel Lapierre, pudo repensar la fórmula para crear su propia manera de hacer vino.
Así, descubrió la forma de hacerlos naturales, y hoy ya ha alcanzado las 2,10 ha en 10 parcelas diferentes. Cuenta con la certificación AB Ecocert desde 1997.
Su método de vinificación es espumoso, obtenido por fermentación espontánea en botella con levaduras autóctonas, o “método ancestral”. Dos tercios de esta fermentación se realizan en depósitos, y se embotella el vino sin terminar. Los frascos se colocan en posición vertical durante unos tres meses. Como la botella está saturada con el CO2 producido por la fermentación, esta se detiene.

Su vino más reconocido es el Bartucci Bugey Cerdon Ancestral 2019. Con esta denominación, `bugey cerdon´, propia de la región de Saboya. Posee uvas gamay, poulsard y chardonnay. Tiene una crianza mínima de tres meses en botella antes del degüelle con 40 gramos de azúcar residual.
Es un vino espumoso semidulce, con aproximadamente un 8% de alcohol. Embotellado sin sulfitos añadidos. El Bartucci Bugey Cerdon Ancestral es crujiente, con notas aromáticas de fresas frescas.
