Celler Masia Can Tutusaus es una bodega asentada en Olesa de Bonesvalls (Alt Penedès) adscrita a las D.O. Cava y D.O. Penedés. Los orígenes de la misma datan de mediados del s.XIV aunque realmente no es hasta 1729 cuando la actual masía se construye en Olesa de Bonesvalls; a partir de 1986 cuando Joan Badell i Badell introduce cambios significativos en la modernización de la misma que coincidirán con el inicio de la elaboración de los Cava.
Celler Masia Can Tutusaus ocupa una finca de 76 hectáreas de las tan sólo 11 hectáreas se dedican a cultivo de vid de manera ecológica y que se encuentra delimitada al norte por la Sierra de Ordal y al suroeste por el Macizo del Garraf. Los suelos de las diferentes y repartidas parcelas son arcillo-calcáreos que en general no sufren estrés hídrico. El nombre de Dolinas que se utiliza en sus Cavas proviene de los valles que se fueron generando con el paso del tiempo. Por lo que respecta a las prácticas de agricultura ecológica, éstas empezaron en 1998 y son combinadas con prácticas tradicionales y biodinámica; el resultante de todo ello ha sido una diferenciación más clara entre los vinos elaborados, marcando cada uno la personalidad e identidad de donde provienen.
Actualmente el equipo humano de Celler Masia Can Tutusaus está capitaneado por sangre joven con Raimon Badell i Rosés y Ferran Gil i García; Raimon Badell recoge el testigo de la familia con el encargo de recuperar la finca abandonada desde finales del siglo XIX; de fiel convicción por la tierra y la viña y con una formación internacional aplica la pasión de su padre en todo lo que toca; Ferran Gil es un urbanita, barcelonés, del barrio de Sants, hijo de fusión de culturas: catalana por parte de padre (Terra Alta) y andaluza por parte de madre (Jaén) que hereda el sentimiento por la tierra de ambos y se licencia en Hortofruticultura e Industrias Alimentarias, posteriormente realizará el máster de enología y allí será donde coincidirá y conocerá a Raimon.
El Valldolina Reserva Brut Nature es su carta de presentación y muestra las virtudes de un Cava joven, seco, con aromas de fruta blanca y ligeras notas de crianza; en cambio Tutusaus Gran Reserva Brut Nature ya muestra las características de un Cava de larga crianza con evidentes notas de frutos secos y autolisis con una excelente estructura apto para platos contundentes.
