Arnauld et Malou Greiner es un proyecto de dos jóvenes, Arnaud Greiner -un joven que ha acumulado un largo recorrido trabajando para otros viticultores del Jura- junto a su socio Malou, que elaboran una cantidad muy pequeña de vinos naturales y ecológicos en el Jura, cerca del pueblo de Liesle. Su primer lanzamiento comercial fue en el año 2018.
Viñedos de Arnauld et Malou Greiner
Arnauld y Malou elaboran sus vinos en una serie de pequeñas parcelas rodeadas de bosques, ubicadas cerca del pueblo de Liesle que suman el gran total de un poco menos de una hectárea. Trabajan con una viticultura ecológica, e incluso cuentan con la certificación ecológica de Ecocert.

Los vinos de Arnauld et Malou Greiner son vinos naturales sin sulfitos ni ningún tipo de añadidos, embotellado sin clarificar ni filtrar, y fermentación alcohólica espontánea con levaduras autóctonas. Se trata de una producción muy reducida pero a la vez muy especial, lo cual hace que sea muy difícil hacerse de una de sus magníficas botellas.
