Domaine des Bodines es la bodega de vinos naturales fundada en 2010 por Emilie y Alexis Porteret. Si bien no son de origen vitivinícola del Jura, la región vinícola más pequeña de Francia, han aprendido y amado tanto el lugar como la profesión. Ahora son parte de esta región que les vio crecer. Alexis ha trabajado mano a mano con Pascal Clairet de Domaine de la Tournelle y Bruno Ciofi de Domaine de la Pinte, dos enólogos que le inspiraron y enseñaron los beneficios del trabajo de viñedo orgánico y biodinámico.
Viñedos de Domaine des Bodines
La pareja posee tres hectáreas de viñedos en Porteret de Arbois, que le llegaron de un miembro de la Frutière Vinicole. Además, tienen una pequeña parcela de Savagnin en Pupillin. Si bien, en este momento, sus viñedos no son 100% biodinámicos, están interesados eventualmente en convertirlos. Son vinos orgánicos, certificados con Ecocert, elaborados con la uva nativa de la región, Savagnin.
Posee cuatro variedades: Poulsard, Trousseau, Savagnin y Chardonnay. Al estar situados al este de Francia, el clima del Jura suele ser fresco, por lo que plantan la mayoría de las vides en laderas orientadas al sur, para que se beneficien de la luz solar directa. Los vinos de Emilie y Alexis respetan un estilo propio natural con poca o ninguna adición de SO2. Comienzan en depósito, y luego se trasladan a fudres usados y barricas de Borgoña.

Entre sus vinos más destacados podemos encontrar el Domaine des Bodines Arbois Chardonnay 2015, Poulsard 2018, Pinot 2018, Savagnin 2016 y Trousseau 2018. Sus tintos son fáciles de beber, con una nota frutal muy vibrante. Los Chardonnay y Savagnin transmiten pureza natural en cada sorbo. Los blancos del Jura se elaboran en un estilo oxidativo, en barrica bajo una fina capa de levadura. Tienden a ser bajos en alcohol, muy ácidos y llamativamente picantes.
