El buque insignia tinto Viña Tondonia Reserva 2006 se inspira en los viñedos del Médoc pero se elabora con uvas locales, 70 de Tempranillo, 20 de Garnacho, 5 de Graciano y 5 de Mazuelo, que alcanzan los 13 de alcohol en 2006. Siempre madura en barricas de roble americano usadas durante unos seis años. El más viejo de todos los tintos que probé, fue también el que más frescura tenía, lo que habla de la calidad del viñedo. Se lleva la mayor parte de las 400.000 botellas que produce la bodega, con unas 220.000 botellas llenadas durante 12 días consecutivos en mayo de 2014.
