El Grand Cru Schlossberg Riesling 2020 se abre con una fruta cálida y equilibrada, madura y muy elegante, con notas de pedernal. Suave, redondo y jugoso en el paladar, con taninos finos y salinidad persistente, es un Schlossberg bastante potente con un final todavía ligeramente amargo. Se desarrollará con más tiempo en botella. Tiene 3,7 gramos de azúcar residual por litro y 13,6 de alcohol declarado. Catado en la bodega en mayo de 2022.
