De color púrpura medio a profundo, el Pichon-Longueville Baron 2015 tiene un tentador aroma a cerezas cubiertas de chocolate, grosellas rojas trituradas y moras con toques de especias para hornear, popurrí y hojas de laurel, además de un toque de hojas caídas. Suntuosamente elegante, refrescante y de cuerpo medio, con magníficas y expresivas frutas rojas perfumadas y taninos muy finos y firmes, tiene un final persistente y perfumado. Su notable intensidad, su frescura y su marco muy firme sugieren que se trata de un Pichon Baron de larga vida, que debería guardarse con gracia durante 30 años.
