The 2021 12 Volts, from a cooler year without major issue in the vineyard, has a similar blend as the other years, approximately 60% Callet, 30% Syrah and the remaining 10% Mantonegro and Fogoneu. It's clean, clear, bright, fresh and floral, with moderate alcohol, 12%, fine tannins and great purity and a chalky sensation in the finish. 50,000 bottles produced.

Fermentación alcohólica con levaduras autóctonas en depósitos de acero inoxidable y 20 días de maceración con las pieles. Crianza de 9 meses, 40% del vino en fudres de roble de 3.000 litros y el resto en barricas de roble francés de 225 litros.
