El Le Petit Mouton de Rothschild 2012 (79 Cabernet Sauvignon, 19 Merlot, 2 Cabernet Franc) muestra mucho carbón vegetal, brasas ardientes, un agradable toque de chocolate negro y grosellas negras. Es carnoso y de cuerpo medio, con fruta y densidad al frente. Este segundo vino de Mouton ha crecido mucho bajo la dirección de Philippe Dhalluin. Puede beberse durante los próximos 15-20 años.
