El Condrieu Vernillon 2020 de Jamets, una mezcla de frutas de Cote Chatillon y Vernon, se fermenta y envejece en roble de 500 litros. Con notas florales pronunciadas, melón y pera y un toque de gominola blanca, es de cuerpo medio a completo, pero más por la frescura que por la grasa, con un final razonablemente crujiente y vibrante. Se beberá bien durante varios años.
