Este es un impresionante cuarteto de vinos espumosos de Colet. El Grand Cuvee, sin añada, está compuesto por 70 Chardonnay, 20 Macabeo y 10 Xarel-lo, que pasó entre 36 y 48 meses sobre sus lías y no recibió ningún tipo de dosificación. De color dorado claro, este espumoso con clase tiene sabores crujientes de manzana verde y melón, un excelente equilibrio y elegancia.
