Pittacum 2016
10,40€ (IVA inc. bot. 75 cl.)

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The 2016 Pittacum is a Mencía from different vineyards in Bierzo and matured in oak barrel for eight months. It has a leafy and herbal character, with wild berries, herbs and a spicy twist. It also has quite a lot of tannin and still needs some time in bottle or powerful food. I found it a little hard. 90,000 bottles produced.
