El nuevo tinto sin barrica 2022 El Predilecto, joven y vivaz, tiene fuertes notas de regaliz y hierbas y un toque de hinojo y fruta de cereza. Se elaboró con 65 Garnachas de Badarán, Cárdenas y Cordovín y 35 Tempranillos de Samaniego, y maduró exclusivamente en hormigón para evitar cualquier maquillaje. Es frutal y jugoso, maduro y aterciopelado. se produjeron 36.000 botellas. Se embotelló en diciembre de 2023.
