El Salmos 2020 se siente bastante roble, con concentración media y taninos finos, cierta ligereza y buena madurez. Se elaboró con una mezcla de 56 Cariñena y 44 Garnacha del pueblo de Porrera; 50 maduraron en foudre de roble de 3.000 litros y 50 en barricas de 300 litros durante 16 meses. Se embotelló en julio de 2023.
