El Rocheyron 2021 se ha desarrollado maravillosamente en botella, desplegándose en la copa con aromas de moras, especias y vaina de vainilla. De cuerpo medio a grueso, flexible y sin fisuras, es suave y pulido, con un suculento núcleo de fruta, taninos fundentes y un final mineral. Peter Sisseck y su equipo han optimizado el potencial inherente de la añada en lugar de tratar de compensar sus deficiencias percibidas, y el resultado es un vino de elegancia por excelencia.
