Embotellado con menos de 5 gramos de azúcar residual, el Gewurztraminer Cuvée des Comtes d'Eguisheim 2011 muestra un bouquet muy claro y especiado con aromas fumé. Rico y concentrado, con una encantadora mineralidad picante, se trata de un Gewurz muy equilibrado y centrado procedente de una parcela del Grand Cru Eichberg. Un vino grande e intenso, pero en absoluto grande ni atrevido, que estará disponible como muy pronto en 2018. Muy recomendable.
