El impresionante 2021 La Mujer Cañón es super aromático, expresivo, floral y matizado. Es súper serio y equilibrado, mineral y pedernal pero muy limpio, sin reducciones y con un hilo fino en boca. Es elegante y con taninos finos, de hueso muy fino. Tiene buena madurez y desarrollo de aromas y sabores, con 14,5 de alcohol y un equilibrio estupendo. Desarrolla una nota de hierro y carne en la copa, que le añade complejidad. Equilibrio y elegancia definen esta añada. se han producido 2.498 botellas numeradas. Lleva en botella desde abril de 2023, y lo embotellaron un poco más tarde de lo habitual.
