El Amontillado Antiguo NV es de color ámbar y tiene una nariz sutil de tabaco, algo de yodo, polen, cera de abeja y avellanas. El paladar, de cuerpo medio a completo, muestra mucha concentración y acidez, con un final muy intenso. Se producen 4.000 botellas al año. Se puede beber entre 2013 y 2017.
