Una primera botella del San Lázaro 2021 me pareció austera, seria y un poco cerrada, pero una segunda fue mucho más expresiva y elegante, aunque sin llegar a la expresividad del El Carretil 2021 que hoy se ha llevado la palma. Es sutil, delicado y esbelto, un vino de finura (pero nunca sin potencia), armonioso y completo. en mayo de 2023 se llenaron 4.000 botellas.

Maceración de pieles en frío durante 48 horas. Fermentación alcohólica y maceración durante 12 días en depósitos abiertos. Maloláctica y crianza de 9 meses en barricas de roble francés.
