Probé una botella muy joven del blanco 2023 Brezo Godello, que también contiene 10 Doña Blanca, todos de pequeñas parcelas de diferentes pueblos. Fermentó en acero inoxidable con levaduras autóctonas y se mantuvo con las lías hasta el embotellado. Es varietal, medicinal, balsámico y algo reductivo, con notas de fruta blanca y laurel. Tiene madurez y frescura y se muestra equilibrado, frutal y fácil de beber. 45.000 botellas producidas. Embotellado en abril de 2024.
