Las notas de piedra húmeda, humus, setas frescas y musgo en la nariz del Beyer 2011 Pinot Gris Cuvee Reserve des Comtes d'Eguishe anticipan la intrigante y sutilmente brillante pero bastante opaca impresión en el paladar. Las notas pétreas, alcalinas y de frutos secos picantes añaden interés y ayudan a prolongar un final discreto pero persistente. Yo diría que se disfruta mejor en 2018.
