De color granate púrpura intenso, el Paloumey 2020 desprende vagas fragancias de ciruelas rojas y negras y hierbas salteadas con leves toques de tabaco y carbón vegetal. El paladar de cuerpo medio tiene una frescura atractiva y taninos accesibles, aunque un poco ligero en la fruta del paladar medio y corto en el final.
