For the production of their wines, depending on the variety and the plot of origin, they use the materials that least alter the natural character of the grapes and the vineyard. In the winery they work with stainless steel tanks of small capacities and different volumes and woods, foudres, open vats, different styles of barrels and concrete eggs. A wine that expresses the exuberance of the Ribeiro landscape and its smallholdings is Viña Meín 2018, a non-crianza white wine.
