The vineyards are located in Empordà, in the north of Catalonia, where this winegrower arrived as a young man with the dream not only of making wines, but also that they would have their own style and be an independent project.
Motivated by this dream, he began his search for land and vineyards, managing to find what he wanted, as his main goal was to establish the roots of his project: Còsmic Vinyaters.
The Empordà has an average of 2,000 hectares of vineyards, but there are very few that apply this type of agriculture where organic, biodynamic or natural culture prevails, so, as far as this factor is concerned, his wines have a style of their own.
More than a production technique, for this winegrower it has become a philosophy, because in addition to obtaining an exclusive and particular wine, he is interested in contributing to the quality of life of the ecosystem.
