The Larmandier-Bernier winery, from a family with eight generations of winemaking tradition, makes biodynamic and organic champagnes that "break the rules". These are organically grown Grands Crus, made from healthy, ripe grapes, with the aim of achieving pure, fresh, mineral and authentic wines.
Larmandier-Bernier Vineyards
Located in the Côte des Blancs, the estate of over 18 hectares is nestled in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, where the Larmandier family has been making wine since the 19th century. Its vines are on average 35 years old.Campanian chalk is the quintessential characteristic of these lands, which gives the minerality and elegance so characteristic of these champagnes. More than 90% of the soil is planted with Chardonnay. Biodynamic viticulture has been practised for over 20 years.
Larmandier-Bernier wines
Larmandier-Bernier wines are champagnes that defy the established rules, as they have been produced organically and biodynamically for more than two decades. This not only makes them ripe and unique champagnes, but also allows them to be a true reflection of their terroir, with all the minerality that characterises it.
Among their most outstanding bottles, the Larmandier-Bernier Terre de Vertus Premier Cru Brut Nature 2013, the Larmandier-Bernier Rosé de Saignée Premier Cru, the Larmandier-Bernier Longitude Premier Cru Extra Brut and the Larmandier-Bernier Latitude Extra Brut stand out.
