The 2023 Riesling Haus Klosterberg (Green Capsule) shows popcorn and cacao bean nuances on the clear and delicate slate-like nose. Light, pure and fresh, this is an airy, very elegant and refreshing Riesling with mouthwatering grip on the round and textured finish. 10.5% stated alcohol. Screw cap. Tasted at the domaine in January 2026 (AP 56 24).
