Suertes del Marqués Malvasía Rosada is a blend of 95 Malvasía Rosada and 5 Negramoll grapes from a 6 year old vineyard in the Las Cañas estate in the Canary Islands, which had already been pruned in braided cordon. This wine is produced under the denomination of origin Valle de la Orotava.
Winemaking
Suertes del Marqués Malvasía Rosada is made from old vines, located on very poor soils of volcanic origin.
The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates.
As in previous years, the Malvasía Rosada underwent spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with whole bunches of grapes in open plastic vats, with native yeasts and stems.
Its maturation process is carried out for 9 months in a used 225-litreFrench oak barrel. Bottled unfiltered. It has a pH of 3.51, an acidity of 5.68 grams and 11.5° alcohol.
Taste
This is a fresh, medium bodied wine with balanced acidity. The predominant flavours are of spices, ripe fresh fruits and balsamic notes that accompany the long finish.

The Suertes del Marqués Malvasía Rosada has an intense cherry colour, a very intense aroma dominated by wild herbs, spices, balsamic and ripe red fruits, which, combined with its great flavour, make it an ideal choice to accompany different dishes such as baked fish, rice dishes or blue fish.
Besides, you should know that the right temperature to serve this wine is between 12°C and 14°C.
