The other wine from the portfolio that is not produced every year, like the Vibrations, is Étoile. The 2022 Étoile comes from a year when all the wines from the portfolio were produced. It was produced with the grapes from 0.7 hectares in Miraflores Alta, a plot that delivers powerful wines that, since 2018, have been vinified in used 225-liter French oak barrels instead of Manzanilla botas, which was the initial intention. It matured with full lees for 11 months that gave it a spicy and smoky twist with some medicinal notes of clove and balsam. This has a more oxidative character; it's also a little darker, more golden, in contrast with the finesse of the Lumiere. 2022 produced wines of moderate alcohol, 10.5% in this case, and the palate is more delicate than what the pungent nose suggests. 1,430 bottles were filled in July 2023.
