It's not easy to make white wines in very warm years, and the 2024 Laurel White has a Mediterranean profile with notes of aromatic herbs, dry hay and straw, ripe apples and a spicy twist. They have to harvest very early, around August 20. It fermented mostly in barriques and one amphora, where it matured for eight to nine months. It has 14% alcohol and a juicy mouthfeel and is clean and precise, with volume and balance and a nice tactile sensation, finishing dry and long. 3,400 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2025.

24 hours of cold pre-fermentative skin soaking and pressed. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 6 months in 400-litre oak barrels and amphorae.
