The still-unbottled ouillé Chardonnay 2019 Les Chamois du Paradis comes from a vineyard planted in 1963 on Bajocien soils and should be bottled after four years in topped-up demi-muids. It shows very good acidity, impressive for a warm year like 2019, and has it an expressive nose with some peachy notes, coming through as vibrant and spicy.
