Ganevat Cremant du Jura La Combe Rotalier is a sparkling wine made from the well-known Chardonnay grape variety by the Ganevat winery in the Jura region of France.
This Chardonnay grape variety comes from vineyards with an average age of 50 years planted in the green, hilly and cold heart of Jura.
Winemaking
To make this sparkling wine Ganevat Cremant du Jura La Combe Rotalier, the grapes are hand-picked in the vineyard and carefully transferred to the winery to preserve their integrity. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts.
The wine is aged for 24 months in demi-muids, an oak barrel. It is bottled without fining or filtering, and no sulphites are added in the process.
