Buy Wine from Acústic Celler
The Acústic Celler winery, located in the picturesque municipality of Marçà, in the Montsant DO, is an emblem of traditional viticulture and passion for wine. Founded in a privileged setting, surrounded by La Mola and the Llaberia mountain range, this winery has managed to blend harmoniously into the landscape, respecting sustainability and using natural materials.
Vineyards
Acústic Celler works directly with 54 hectares of old vineyards, of which 42 hectares are owned. These vineyards are located between 300 and 700 metres above sea level and range in age from 25 to 95 years old. The varieties grown include Garnacha negra, Garnacha blanca, Pansal and Cariñena, all native to the Montsant DO. These vineyards are located in various localities such as Els Guiamets, Marçà, Capçanes, La Serra d'Almos, Cornudella del Montsant and El Masroig, and are surrounded by ancient olive and almond trees that have survived extreme climates.
Philosophy
The philosophy of Acústic Celler focuses on harnessing the wisdom of the old indigenous vines and the ancient tradition of the old farmers to transmit the landscape, history and personality of the wonderful Montsant area. The winery strives to express and vindicate the quality and uniqueness of traditional viticulture, working organically in order to respect the vines in their purest and most natural state.
The wines of Acústic Celler are described as "acoustic wines", pure, natural, without make-up, expressing the austerity of the vine and the land without filters. These wines, faithful to the old vines of the area's own varieties, seek to transport those who taste them to the place where the grapes come from, with honesty and depth, like acoustic music, austere but sincere and profound.
In short, Acústic Celler is a winery that stands out for its respect for tradition, its deep connection with the terroir and its commitment to making wines that faithfully reflect the identity of their environment.
