There is also a yearly release of the NV Amontillado, in this case a Saca 2015, and as with the Manzanilla, it's sourced from Yuste. It's cleaner and more focused than what I tasted last time, with pungent notes of varnish and roasted hazelnuts, and a sharp palate with intense, persistent flavors and a salty, very tasty finish. The price is for a half-liter bottle.
