Description
Remonter L'Ascenseur is a distinctive wine made by Stéphane Cyran in the Alsace region of France. This wine is a Chardonnay varietal, which has been meticulously selected and processed to offer a unique taste experience.
Winemaking
The Chardonnay grapes undergo a whole bunch maceration for 12 days, followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for a year in stainless steel tanks and bottled without fining, filtering or sulphites.
