The stunning white 2023 Añadas Frías was produced with the Viura grapes from a 1.5-hectare plot at 600 meters above sea level in San Juan de Anteportalatina, where he gets very low yields. It started fermenting in stainless steel and finished in 500-liter French oak barrels and 800-liter concrete eggs, where it matured. It has a pale color and a subtle nose with hints of spices and smoke, flowers, white fruit and herbs in a very harmonious way. The palate is vibrant and fresh, balanced, with 13% alcohol, a pH of 3.01 and seven grams of acidity. It's clean, precise and with a great sense of harmony. 2,671 bottles produced.
