The Panevino Cortemuras wine, made under the expert guidance of Gianfranco Manca, is born in the village of Nurri in Sardinia, an area known for its winemaking traditions and the quality of its grapes. Speaking of varieties, Cortemuras is a dynamic and profound blend of indigenous Sardinian grapes: Cannonau, Bovale, Carignan and the rare and almost extinct Tintillu. These grapes come from old vines over 60 years old, which have always been cultivated with rigorous natural methods.
Fermentation is completely natural and the wine receives no additives, fining, filtration or added sulphur before bottling.
