The 2020 Macharnudo Vino de Pasto was super fresh and with marked salinity and reminded me more of the 2016. It has pungent flavors and a marked citrus twist, vibrant and elegant; it makes you salivate. Since 2019, they have tried to reduce the effect of the flor and make more of a white wine. This has 14.2% alcohol. It should develop beautifully in bottle.
