The pink 2024 Clarete was produced with red and white grapes, a co-fermentation of 50% Moscatel de Alejandría from San Esteban del Valle and 50% Garnacha from Cebreros, which explains the showy, aromatic, grapey notes and the hints of orange blossom and raspberries. It macerated with the skins for four months and 50% full clusters and was then pressed and kept in an amphorae similar to a FlexTank. The palate is serious, with a chalky feeling. 1,800 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2025. This is also sold without appellation of origin.
