Description
The Fento Blanco wine reflects the passion and dedication of its creators, being a faithful reflection of the Albariño variety and the terroir of the Condado de Tea sub-area in Rías Baixas.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested when they reach the perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. The vinification process is carried out with the must drained and cold fermented using yeasts that bring out the primary varietal aromas. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is cold stabilised and filtered to preserve its aromas and freshness. Finally, it is bottled in a winery in As Neves, Pontevedra.
Taste
Fento Blanco is characterised by its pleasant freshness, thanks to its moderate acidity. It has a great and tasty aromatic intensity. It has a pale golden colour with greenish reflections. Its aroma is delicate, with notes of stone fruit, lime, fennel and herbal hints. On the palate, it has good natural acidity and freshness, with a balanced citrus flavour, evoking fruity hints of green apple and herbs.
