The NV Sin Tïtulo Dialéctica de los Opuestos is a wine born in the winery; in previous vintages, it was red, while this one is white. It's a blend of wine from 2022 and 2023, with more Albillo from Garafía from 2022 that took time to finish fermenting in concrete and around 35% Listán Blanco from the south from 2023, two wines she didn't like on their own and found that they complemented each other. It's like her R&D wine where she has the freedom to experiment and learn. Here, the wine benefits from the acidity from Albillo and has the spicy note from Listán and a dry, chalky, stony and mineral mouthfeel. 3,340 bottles produced. It was bottled in July/August 2024.
