Charming and extroverted, the latest release of the NV Grand Brut bursts with expressive aromas of warm biscuits, honeyed citrus and orchard fruit, followed by a medium to full-bodied, open-knit palate with ripe acids, a frothy mousse and a fleshy core of fruit, concluding with a clean, uncomplicated finish. More biscuity complexity will emerge with bottle age.

Description
Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is an exceptional champagne that represents a perfect example of the Perrier-Jouët house style, with a distinctly floral and fruity character. This wine has been produced since 1854, maintaining an extraordinary consistency over time. It is composed of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, a combination that results in a fresh, lively and subtle champagne, but with an unmistakable elegance.
Winemaking
The elaboration of this champagne involves the blending of wines of between 30 and 40 Crus, with 12% of reserve wines, which gives it a great delicacy. This process is carried out in exceptional vineyards located in the "magic triangle of Champagne", 99% of which are qualified as Grand Crus. Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is aged for three years in the cellar, a period significantly longer than the 15 months established by the appellation's standard.
Taste
Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut stands out for its floral and fresh fruit notes, such as peach and citrus, accompanied by intense flavours of vanilla and butter, as well as yellow fruits such as apricot and mango. On the palate, the attack is frank and rounded, presenting a balance and structure that make this a full-bodied wine. Its golden appearance and elegant and prolonged effervescence, together with its liveliness and freshness on the nose, make this champagne a delicious and sophisticated choice.
It is the perfect accompaniment to appetizers such as ham or Iberian pork loin, as well as light white fish dishes, fish terrines, caviar or sea urchin cream.
