Pazo Señorans Aguardiente de Hierbas is the purest expression of Galician tradition. Produced under the Geographical Indication Aguardiente de Galicia, it is made from 100% Albariño grape marc, hermetically stored until it is distilled. The process is carried out with fidelity to the artisanal heritage: double distillation in copper stills over direct heat, a technique that concentrates aromas and nuances, preserving the essence of the grape. It then rests in 2,000-litre stainless steel tanks before being infused with a selection of aromatic herbs that give it its unmistakable character.
Taste
Intense and fresh on the nose, with notes of mint, eucalyptus and lemon balm, intertwined with citrus notes of lemon peel and a delicate aniseed background. On the palate it offers a warm, silky entry that expands in layers: sweet hints of liquorice, nuances of camomile and a balsamic echo that evokes Galician nature.
