Description
Matthieu Barret Quinquin is a white wine made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc varieties from the Northern Rhône Valley and the Ardèche hills by the Domaine du Coulet winery.
In the vineyard where the grapes come from, organic and biodynamic cultivation techniques have been used to guarantee the natural balance of the terroir.
Winemaking
The grapes were harvested by hand and selected according to their optimum ripening point. They are directly pressed. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts is done for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing is 9 months in stainless steel tanks, and the wine is bottled without fining and with very little sulphur added.
Taste
It is a white wine that stands out for its fruity expression, mineral touches and citrus notes. In the mouth it is invigorating, the citrus flavours continue on the palate with a balanced depth.

Matthieu Barret Quinquin is a white wine made by the Frenchman Matthieu Barret under the Adreche appellation where the purity of the fruit has been preserved, and a pronounced expression of the vineyard from which it originates.
